Approached by Zilker to white-label the UX and UI aspects of re-platforming, we seamlessly integrated into their dev and project management team to run discovery workshops with stakeholders, package creative assets for developers, and fulfill a wide span of design roles. Collaborating with experts from each department, we distilled the most efficient solutions for both internal and external users. The client’s customers struggled to find products within an unconventional catalog system, so we entirely rearranged it.
