We established branding and packaging for a sister company that needed to be different from its parent company while still building upon that company’s brand equity. We conducted comprehensive market research to identify the best direction for an aesthetic that was in line with the parent company’s voice. Kuda’s core message is to “live in the moment.” Instead of focusing solely on product specs and information in the mold of similar brands, we tailored the design around a brand message celebrating life. We didn’t market another ‘medicine’ or ‘cure-all’ product amongst a sea of others, we emphasized the distinct lifestyle ideology that differentiates Kuda from everyone else.
